Ashley Pollard is the Director of Brogue and a recognised Structural and Civil Engineer, managing a team of over 15 engineers and designers at our Melbourne office.

With over 17 years in the delivery of engineering projects in our building industry, architects and developers enjoy working with Ashley due to his practical approach and understanding of construction techniques. 

Ashley's experience spans multiple sectors, from multi-level buildings to industrial warehouses and schools. Highly regarded by clients and his peers, he continues to play a vital role in the design aspect of the work, while mentoring young engineers and developing the business.

Tim Funge is a Director and Structural Engineer with Brogue. Having been with the company since the beginning, Tim has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of the structural capabilities and portfolio here.

Well-known in the industry for his experience in complex residential and commercial properties, Tim is frequently sought after for his ability to deliver and manage business relations with professionalism.

Tim can also be often found on his project sites, providing critical inspections and assisting builders on the build and delivery of the structural designs. 

James Lee is a Director and Civil Engineer at Brogue, responsible for the delivery of the varying civil engineering services at Brogue.

Drawing on his 20 plus years of experience in the civil engineering industry, James is actively involved in the design and management of projects relating to urban building and infrastructure services. His experience can also be traced to preparing masterplans and feasibility studies, technical design, and delivering construction supervision on numerous projects.

James is known to be passionate in what he does and enjoys his work as well, striving to always be proactive and communicative in all of his projects.

Nick James is a Director at Brogue and a Structural Engineer with over 15 years in the building and construction industry.

Nick is actively involved in the design and supervision of various mixed-use retail, commercial and educational developments, as well as several complicated and architecturally intricate projects. Aside from engineering, Nick also leads the company in our marketing design and strategies.

Nick prides himself on his ability to collaborate, communicate and integrate the structural requirements into the architectural and client vision of all projects.

Ryan is the dedicated leader of the documentation team at Brogue, where he plays a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of a wide range of project plans and contract documents for all our structural engineering projects. His leadership ensures that every document meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy, contributing significantly to the success of our initiatives.
