James Lee is a Director and Civil Engineer at Brogue, responsible for the delivery of the varying civil engineering services at Brogue.

Drawing on his 17 years of experience in the civil engineering industry, James is actively involved in the design and management of projects relating to urban building and infrastructure services. His experience can also be traced to preparing masterplans and feasibility studies, technical design, and delivering construction supervision on numerous projects.
